Michael Schneider is the founder of X10 Commercial, a Chicago-based commercial real estate advisory firm providing tenant services to private businesses and not-for-profit organizations throughout downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 2008, Michael specializes in office leasing, helping tenants evaluate locations, negotiate favorable lease terms, and control long-term occupancy costs.
As a tenant-only commercial real estate broker, Michael delivers conflict-free advice focused exclusively on his clients’ interests. Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions, leveraging detailed financial analysis, market intelligence, and competitive bidding strategies to secure below-market results.
A Chicago native raised in the Northwest Suburbs, Michael now lives in Barrington with his wife and daughter. He brings the same competitive drive and discipline he developed as a Division I soccer player at the University of Michigan into every client relationship. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find him on the golf course or out on the water, recharging and enjoying time with family—interests that keep him grounded and connected to the community he’s proud to call home.
